We believe a careful handling of personal data is of great importance. Personal details will be carefully handled and protected by us. At all our processing, we adhere to the requirements of the data protection act. So are we, for example, ISO 27001 certified. In this statement, we explain what personal information we collect and use and for what purpose. We recommend you to carefully consider this statement.

We strive to secure the website against misuse and unauthorized access to personal data, we do this for example by means of SSL secured connections. It is your responsibility that the equipment that you use to make use of our website, is secure, for example by means of a virus scanner.

By use of our website you leave certain information behind. This can be personally identifiable information that can directly or indirectly be traced back to you. We will retain and use only the personal data that are specified directly by you or from which is clear that they are provided to us to process. White papers

Verstrekking derden
We can enable third parties to process personal data on our behalf. These third parties are called ‘Editors’. These processors are acting under our responsibility and are allowed to use the personal data for its own purposes. We have agreements with these third-party processors.
One of those processors is Leadgate B.V. (hereinafter referred to as: ‘Leadgate’). Leadgate is requested by us to process all personal data of the customers for a ‘marketing automation’-package called Act On. Act On is a product of the American company by the same name; Act On Inc., however, data from European customers is stored within the European Union. Leadgate has closed a (sub-) processors agreement with Act On.

 

Google Analytics
Through our website, cookies are placed by the American company Google, as part of the ‘Google Analytics’ service. We use this service to keep track and to get reports on how visitors use the website. Google can provide this information to third parties if legally obliged to do so, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. We have an agreement with Google and forbidden them to use the obtained analytics information with other Google services.
